FAA Agent Reviews is an independent editorial resource dedicated to helping international pilots, aircraft owners, and aviation professionals navigate the FAA's U.S. Agent for Service requirement.
Why This Site Exists
When the FAA finalized its U.S. Agent for Service rule in October 2024, approximately 115,000 certificate holders suddenly needed a new service — and a new market appeared almost overnight. Providers launched rapidly, pricing varied widely, and there was virtually no independent information available to help certificate holders make informed decisions.
We built this site to fill that gap. Our team researches, evaluates, and rates every major provider using a consistent, published methodology. We believe aviation professionals deserve clear, honest, and comparable information when making compliance decisions.
What We Do
We independently review all FAA U.S. Agent for Service providers, scoring them across criteria including service reliability, technology, pricing, support, and professional credentials. We publish detailed individual reviews, head-to-head comparisons, educational guides, and a comprehensive FAQ — all designed to help you choose the right provider with confidence.
Editorial Standards
Our ratings are editorially independent. Providers cannot pay for higher ratings, and our evaluation methodology is published in full. We include every significant provider in our reviews, regardless of whether a commercial relationship exists.
